Bottle and drinkware work that suits the real shelf
We print on glass bottles, reusable drinkware and gift pieces that need a neat finish and a sensible run size. The work covers still water bottles, wine bottles, gin bottles, tumblers, stemless glasses and other promotional drinkware used for launches, guest hampers and hospitality counters.
Different items call for different methods. Straight-sided bottles can suit UV direct print or labels, while curved glass and textured pieces may call for screen printing or ceramic enamel, depending on the artwork and the finish you want. We keep the advice plain so the item, the decoration method and the run size match properly.
- Wine bottles for tasting rooms, gifting and events
- Gin bottles and similar spirits packaging
- Branded water bottles for functions and hospitality use
- Glass drinkware for venues, tasting counters and corporate packs
Decoration methods matched to the bottle in front of us
UV direct print is useful when the artwork needs sharp detail and strong placement on glass. It can suit short runs where the label footprint is small or where the bottle shape leaves limited room for a full label. Screen printing is often chosen for flatter areas and bolder single-colour or limited-colour work. Ceramic enamel is the harder-wearing route for bottles and drinkware that need a fired finish and regular handling.
Labels remain practical for many wine, gin and water projects, especially when there are several variants or a short promotional run. We also help with white ink layers where glass colour needs extra opacity, and with colour guidance when a logo must hold its shape on dark or clear glass. The goal is a print method that respects the bottle, not one that forces the bottle to fit the artwork.
- UV direct print for detailed branding on glass
- Screen printing for solid marks and repeatable placement
- Ceramic enamel for a tougher decorated finish
- Labels for flexibility, product variants and short runs
Artwork proofing before print moves ahead
Artwork checks sit at the centre of the job. We look at line weight, curve tolerance, white underbase needs, safe areas and the way a logo reads once it sits on a bottle shoulder or a curved glass wall. That work helps reduce surprises later, especially when the same artwork needs to move between wine bottles, gin bottles and drinkware.
Mock-up visuals are prepared for approval before print preparation continues. If the artwork needs label artwork setup, we handle that too, along with proof approvals and print area planning. We also advise on minimum runs where the decoration method or bottle type sets a natural floor, so the brief stays realistic from the start.
- Artwork checks for logo placement and curve fit
- Mock-up visuals for bottle and drinkware layouts
- Proof approvals before production starts
- Minimum run advice where the method requires it
